Let me first start off by saying that I’m cranky today. Very cranky. For no apparent reason. I was in a very good mood yesterday, glowing and happy and positive minded. Today? Forget it. I am uncontrollably cranky. I don’t want to be cranky anymore than I want to have these awful cramps that make me want to go lay in bed with a book and a box of cookies. But, that’s the life we are doomed to as women. I can only imagine the amount of money made every year on feminine products and products that supposedly relieve symptoms.

If we add up all the money spent on things like Advil, Aleve, progesterone creams, hormone therapies, herbal remedies for women we might actually be able to research and develop a product for more serious and pressing womens health issues, like cervical cancer, breast cancer, etc. If those companies would donate just a small portion of the money they take in I’m sure a lot of research could be done!

Wow, my mind wanders when I’m in a bad mood.
