light bulbOne of the most important things you can have in your office besides your computer is a good light. If your work space is well lit, then your work is going to be more productive and less stressful. The amount of light we have while we’re working has an immense effect on our mood, our concentration, and the end product that we produce! Offices with windows tend to have happier employees. Full spectrum bulbs instead of cheap, yellow florescent light bulbs provide a more pleasant environment and a higher quality of work whether in a big office with hundreds of employees or in your home office with just you and your thoughts. Your lamp doesn’t have to be some fancy quoizel lighting, it can just be a few plain old lamps from the local department store or even the thrift shop. The bulb you put in will make all the difference. Get light bulbs labeled natural lighting and go as close to full spectrum as you can get! You’ll be glad you did.
