I like Laptop Experts because it focuses on my brand of laptop (Toshiba) AND the answers are easy and straight to the point. None of those long, complicated answers HERE!

I was pleased to know that m solution of getting a cooling pad for my laptop was SMART and recommended by the laptop experts!

PS: I have posted this blog post on my Twitter feed @thepinkc; Stumbled (thepinkc) and I will blog about it at http://www.thepinkc.net on Monday! Look out for the trackback!

I like that you can easily ask you own questions if you don’t find the answer you need, and that all the questions are visible to everyone. Alot of sites require a bit of hoop jumping to ask a question that isn’t in the “FAQ” and then you don’t get the benefit of the answers to other people’s questions.

Stumbled :)

I love that you can ask questions about any brand of laptop here. Thank for the chance. I would love to win.

Kerrie said, October 9th, 2008 at 3:11 pm

I like that they break down the questions into different catagories…and I like that they separate the answered from the unanswered, that’s really nice!

I’ll tell you what I like; I like the fact that there are actual answers!! So many times with tech support, we don’t get an answer or the tech support is clueless.
What a find!

Junglewife said, October 10th, 2008 at 8:27 pm

Wow, what a neat site! Looks like there would be so many options for finding out what I need to know, from such great resources, and easy to find what I am looking for with all the Q&A and very easy to search. I especially like that it’s not just for “geeks” but for average users too!

Abigail said, October 11th, 2008 at 12:41 am

I like the “What’s in a Word” section. I’m pretty inept when it comes to computers, so it’s nice to have easily understood translations of computer jargon!

One question, about how to extend the life of a laptop battery, would have been helpful to me. Like five years ago. Oh well. My mom is enjoying my laptop now, and just keeps it plugged into the wall.
