I like Laptop Experts because it focuses on my brand of laptop (Toshiba) AND the answers are easy and straight to the point. None of those long, complicated answers HERE!

I was pleased to know that m solution of getting a cooling pad for my laptop was SMART and recommended by the laptop experts!

I like that you can easily ask you own questions if you don’t find the answer you need, and that all the questions are visible to everyone. Alot of sites require a bit of hoop jumping to ask a question that isn’t in the “FAQ” and then you don’t get the benefit of the answers to other people’s questions.

I like the way everything is really simplified for people like me that don’t know much about computers even though I use a computer on a daily basis!

i really like laptop experts.I found it when we first got my laptop.Being accustomed to only desktops,i had several questions ,and from time to time,still do.lol. A lot of the times you can find what you are hunting in Faq..They do get to your question relatively fast too.I like that!

I like the question box that is right on the top of the page. It’s cleverly integrated with the photo of the woman speaking.

I love that they answer all kinds of questions, from “where can I find xyz driver?” to “what’s the best laptop for domestic use?”

Wow, what a neat site! Looks like there would be so many options for finding out what I need to know, from such great resources, and easy to find what I am looking for with all the Q&A and very easy to search. I especially like that it’s not just for “geeks” but for average users too!

I like the “What’s in a Word” section. I’m pretty inept when it comes to computers, so it’s nice to have easily understood translations of computer jargon!

I like the ’search for answers’. I can quickly find what I am looking for, so I don’t have to ask a question that has already been asked before.

I found a lot of helpful info in the Tips & Tricks section

One question, about how to extend the life of a laptop battery, would have been helpful to me. Like five years ago. Oh well. My mom is enjoying my laptop now, and just keeps it plugged into the wall.

i love experts that share their information online. and if it wasn’t for them … i wouldn’t even know how to do most of the stuff that i do online… i get all my questions answered online from these experts … thank u
