I’ve had insomnia since about the age of 12 when I also started getting migraine headaches. The two kind of went together, it’s hard to sleep with a splitting headache and the pain reliever they gave me made me want to hurl constantly. I still have migraines, and I still have a hard time sleeping (time currently 1:30 am) and I often find myself at the computer realizing that there are plenty of other east coast folks out there wide awake with me plunking away at their keyboards. Despite my comfy soft pillow and fluffy mattress topper and the fresh clean sheets that went on the bed today, there just is no sleeping happening for me. Off into cyberspace I go with my fellow bloggers wondering if too much time on the computer has anything to do with my inability to sleep…..

I’m a firm Believer that too much time on the computer has lead to my Insomnia, I think even if I use it to tire me out my brain is still going after working on my laptop.
