Yes, I’m talking to you. Put down the Fitness Magazine and the cup of coffee loaded with sugar and get your butt in gear. You set goals for yourself and you’re slacking already. January isn’t even over yet. How many times did you go for a walk on your lunch break? How many hours did you spend on the elliptical at the gym this month?
