I'm leaning towards ASK these days. I've always been a big fan of Teoma because as a programms it seems they have the least spam when I'm searching for functions or coding examples. Google has been alienating the webmaster community and Yahoo is just plain sorry, so Ask has become my favorite search engine as of recent.
