The hubby and kids love their video games, and I’ll admit that every now and then I get caught up in the gaming myself. But some games just get boring after awhile, or if you’ve beaten all the levels you’re ready for something different to play. The problem with that is that new games easily cost you $40 - $60 each! Yikes, my wallet hurts just thinking about it.

So one of their favorite things to do is trade their video games in. It’s a good way to be able to play a variety of games without spending a fortune on games and rental fees. Player Chain is something new and different in the video game exchange world.

You create your free account to trade and buy games. You create listing for games you own and no longer want, thus adding to the ever growing inventory of games that are available to everyone. This is also free. You earn game bucks for doing this. Then you browse for games you do want and order them, paying with game bucks or small fees. Shipping is free on everything! It’s that easy. And if you’re a mega gamer and want to do this often you can subscribe for as little as $2 per month for unlimited trading. Now that’s gamer value. We were just at a game exchange shop this weekend and there weren’t any used games under $10 to be found. And their new game selection wasn’t that great either.

Seems like a pretty cool idea, although not completely free, I would assume you have to pay your own shipping if someone decides they want your game.
