Well, that is if you have a Wii. I haven’t managed to snag one yet. One of the things people love about the Wii is that it gets you moving and doing fun things. Wii Fit is just another thing to add that. You can even do Yoga with your Wii! Yoga + Video Games = You fit and having fun! The release date hasn’t been announced yet, but you can sign up at Amazon to get notifed when the Wii Fit
is ready to go. It looks as though it’s going to be about $70 for the WiiFit that comes complete with balance board.
As users stand on the Wii Balance Board, included with Wii Fitness, their body’s overall balance is tied to the game in a way they’ve never experienced before.
The active-play phenomenon started by Wii Sports now spreads to your whole body thanks to a pressure-sensitive Wii balance board, which comes packed with Wii Fit. The board is used for an extensive array of fun and dynamic activities, including aerobics, yoga, muscle stretches and games. Many of these activities focus towards providing a “core” workout, a popular exercise method that emphasizes slower, controlled motions. Family members will have fun staying active and talking about and comparing their results and progress on a new channel on the Wii Menu.

The most common date I’ve heardfor shipping is January 1st for both US and UK. But, I’ve also been hearing many rumors buzzing about it being fully available before Christmas, which would be a wise marketing move on the part of Nintendo.

Since getting the internet several years ago, I always self-diagnose before I go to a doctor. It annoys me no end if the doctor dismisses my opinion of my ailment or it’s remedy. I would like to think that the doctor would consider my opinion then maybe tell me why I am wrong or right, not just leave me with the feeling he (or she) considers me an idiot.

My Wii Review:
I have the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii. I decided to get the Wii after buying my PS3 and 360 partly just so I could say I own all three consoles :). But the Wii looked so cool, neither PS3 nor 360 could allow you to interact like the Wii. The problem is that I’m quite lazy and the Wii still hasn’t changed the fact that I’m lazy! So basically, if you are lazy and enjoy top-notch graphics then I highly recommend PS3/360, if you enjoy the outdoors and activities then go for nothing more than the Nintendo Wii! I still hope that I will start using the Wii more though – I actually got Wii Fit which ive tried out a few times. It’s an ideal system for losing weight if only you have the motivation.
